During the preliminary investigation stage of the criminal proceeding the land plot with the surface of 2.34778 located at Hovtashat settlement of Masis community, Ararat region, with the cadastral value of AMD 69 million approximated to the market value thereof was returned to Masis community.

Let us remind that in the scope of the criminal proceeding it was substantiated that the auction of the lands of industrial, subsoil use and of other significance of production was formal and based on this auction the land plot was withdrawn from the property fund of the community in violation of the law, at a price significantly lower than the market price thereof and afterwards illegally became the ownership of the son of the former head of Hovtashat settlement.
