The Prosecutor General’s Office has already informed that on November 25, 2024, the Anti-Corruption Court granted the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office and terminated the right to construction of two persons of the plot of land with the surface of 1500 m² located at 1/41 Ankakhutyun Str., included in the area of Ijevan city park with a cadastral value of AMD 10 million equivalent to the market value thereof, returning the land plot to the community.

Examining the appeal filed by the party, the Court of Appeal rejected the appeal by its decision dated April 8, 2025, and the Court of Cassation left the cassation appeal of the party without examination by its decision dated June 26, 2025.

The decision of the Anti-Corruption court has entered into legal force.
