On June 20, 2025, the ownership right of the Republic of Armenia was restored over the land plot with the surface of 17 thousand 200 m² with the cadastral value of AMD 653 million 600 thousand equivalent to USD 1 million 677 thousand approximated to the market value of the mentioned land plot which is located at G. Hovsepyan Str., Yerevan city, adjacent to the TV tower of Yerevan city.

Let us remind that another statement of claim submitted by the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor’s Office was awarded by the decision of the Anti-Corruption court dated May 8, 2025. The Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office requested with the statement of claim to declare invalid the sale and purchase agreement concluded between the Mayor of Yerevan city and natural person on July 29, 2005 as well as the state registration of the ownership right over the mentioned immovable property.
