The Prosecutor General’s Office demands Artyom Movsesyan, the Former Head of the General Department of Civil Aviation to confiscate 8 immovable properties, AMD 1,5 billiard

The Anti-corruption Court accepted into proceedings another statement of claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office regarding the confiscation of illicit property.

 

The Department of Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office submitted a claim to the court with the requirement to confiscate from Artyom Movsesyan (father’s name: Zhora), former Deputy Head of the General Department of Civil Aviation (currently: Committee of Civil Aviation) and his affiliated persons in favor of the Republic of Armenia: 

 

  • 8 immovable properties;
  • 2 movable properties;
  • Participation in 5 legal entities;
  • AMD 1 billiard 550 million 258 thousand as a remainder of illegal income and funds;
  • AMD 8 million 419 thousand total amount of funds not supported by legitimate income transferred to the bona fide purchaser.

 

Measures of providing the claim have been applied by the court.
