The Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office filed 16 claims with the Anti-Corruption Court demanding compulsory terminatation of the rights over land plots located within the therritory of the city park of ​​Ijevan community of Tavush region and the return thereof to the Ijevan community.

As part of three of the aforementioned civil cases, on June 12, 2025, the Anti-Corruption Court rendered verdicts fully granting the primary claims of the Prosecutor General’s Office. According to those verdicts, the construction rights of individuals over the following land plots were terminated:

• A 350.1 sq.m. land plot located at 18/7 Taterakan Street, Ijevan community, Tavush Province,

• A 322.1 sq.m. land plot located at 18/6 Taterakan Street,

• A 360.1 sq.m. land plot located at 1/27 Valansi Street.

The court decisions will enter into legal force one month after their publication.

It should be noted that within the framework of one of the 16 aforementioned civil cases, the respondent submitted an application to the Cadastre Committee on April 18, 2025, requesting the suspension of the construction right over a 436.8 sq.m land plot located at 1/54 Ankahutyan Street, Ijevan city, Tavush Province.

On the same day, the Cadastre Committee suspended the state registration of the right of an individual to build on a land plot of 436.8 square meters located at 1/54 Ankakhutyan Street in Ijevan, Tavush Region. The land plot was returned to the community.

Within the framework of another civil case initiated by one of the above-mentioned 16 claims, on November 25, 2024, the Anti-Corruption Court granted the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office and suspended the right of individuals to build on a land plot of 1,500 square meters (0.15 ha) located at 1/41 Ankakhutyan Street in the Ijevan City Park area of ​​Tavush Region, with a cadastral value estimated at about AMD 10 million, returning the land plot to the community. The party filed a cassation appeal.
