On June 2, 2025, the ownership right of the Republic of Armenia was registered over the land plot with the surface of 2.3 ha, and the cadastral value of AMD 375 million 297 thousand equivalent to USD 1 million located at 30/1 M. Mkrtchyan Str., Tsaghkadzor city, Kotayk region.

Let us remind, that on January 12, 2024, the Anti-Corruption Court awarded the motion submitted by the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office  against Samvel Mayrapetyan. The Prosecutor’s Office required to recognize invalid the auction of the land plot and to apply result of invalidity.
