Today, the Government of the Republic of Armenia rendered a decision, pursuant whereof the land plot with the surface of 1 ha and with the cadastral value approximated to the market value of AMD 360 million 690 thousand equivalent to USD 900 thousand and a land plot with the surface of 6640 m² with the value of AMD 254 million equivalent to USD 661 thousand adjacent to the TV tower of the city of Yerevan shall be attached to the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Armenia.

The Prosecutor General’s Office had informed that the Anti-Corruption Court had awarded another statement of claim submitted by the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor’s Office, pursuant whereof the Prosecutor’s Office required to declare invalid the sale and purchase agreement concluded between the natural person and the Municipality of Yerevan city on May 2, 2005 and to apply result of invalidity.

Pursuant to another decision of the Anti-Corruption court, another statement of claim submitted by the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor’s Office was awarded under which the Prosecutor’s Office required to declare invalid the sale and purchase agreement concluded between the natural person and the Municipality of Yerevan city on June 30, 2005 and on the basis of the abovementioned, the state registration of the ownership right over the mentioned immovable properties.
