The Prosecutor General’s Office informed that in the scope of the criminal proceedings and based on the written motion submitted by the prosecutor, the ownership right of the community was registered over the stadium with the surface of 6.5 ha of Martuni. The person having the right to lease was notified on the termination of lease agreement and measures were taken to declare invalid the registration of the ownership right of the person over 5 buildings located at the mentioned land plot.

On May 12, 2025, the ownership right of Martuni community was recovered over the property with the surface of 65 625 m² and with the cadastral value of AMD 123 million 224 thousand (approximated to the market value of the mentioned property) and located at 2^nd Getapnya Str. 22, of the same community. 

Based on the decision of the Community Head the unauthorized buildings built on the land plot were dismantled and on May 12, 2025 the right to lease of the land plot registered on December 9, 2009 was terminated.
