The Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office has filed 16 lawsuits with the Anti-Corruption Court with a claim to mandatory terminate the construction rights over the land plots located in Ijevan town park area of Tavush Region's and return the land plots to Ijevan community.

Let us remind that on November 25, 2024 in the frame of the civil case No. HKD/0248/02/23, the Anti-Corruption Court granted the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office and terminated the proceedings against the land plot with an area of ​​1,500 square meters (0.15 ha) located in Ijevan town park area of Tavush region at 1/41 Ankakhutyan Street with a cadastral value estimated at about AMD 10 million of A.T.’s and S. Ch.'s right to construction, returning the land to the community. In the result of the examination of the appeal filed by the party against the decision, the decision of the Court of Appeal will be published on April 8, 2025.
