The claim of the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office was partially granted by the Anti-Corruption Court's decision of February 26, 2025. Based on the decision, AMD 629 million 610 thousand, equivalent to 1 million 600 thousand US dollars, will be confiscated from A. H., G. M. and B. A. as compensation for the damage caused to the state.

Let us remind you that within the framework of the criminal case No. EKD/0050/01/16 being examined by the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan City, it was revealed that, on the instructions of G. M., the former Deputy Head of the Inquiry and Operational Search Department of the State Tax Service under the Government, A.H., Head of the 6th Department of the Operational Investigation Department, and the Operatives of the same Department P. H. and B. A. had improperly conducted the inspection of the limited liability company. As a result, the inspection report drawn up on November 22, 2007 imposed an additional tax liability of only AMD 3 million 605 thousand for the company, whereas the additional liability to be recorded would have amounted to AMD 299 million 342 thousand.

According to the instruction of the head A.H. of the 6th division of the above-mentioned department, the operatives of the same Department, P. H. and B. A., again improperly conducted the inspection scheduled for 2008 in the same limited liability company. In the result, the inspection report No. 1001538 composed on December 30, 2008 imposed an additional tax liability of only AMD 6 million on the company, when the additional liability to be recorded should have amounted to AMD 330 million 267 thousand.
