The statement of claim submitted by the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office was awarded by the decision of the Anti-corruption court dated February 3, 2025. After the entry of the judicial act into force the ownership right of the Republic of Armenia shall be registered over the land plot with the surface of 9420 m² and located at G. Hovsepyan Str., city of Yerevan (adjacent to TV tower).

Let us remind that the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office submitted a claim to the court and required to declare invalid the sale and purchase agreement concluded between the Municipality of the city of Yerevan and Bavakan Gevorgyan on May 2, 2005 and to apply a result of invalidity.
