On January 8, 2025, the ownership right of the Republic of Armenia was registered over the land plot with the surface of 5000 m², located at 29 Aghavnu Aghbyur district, Aghavnadzor community, Kotayk region and having a cadastral value approximated to market value of the land plot amounting to AMD 9 million 338 thousand and land plot with the surface of 4997m²  located at the same quarter and having a cadastral value approximated to market value of the land plot amounting to AMD 9 million 382 thousand. 

Let us remind that the Prosecutor General’s Office, in a claim submitted in the scope of state interests protection function, required to declare the auction of the abovementioned land plot invalid and apply result of invalidity.

By the decision dated November 1, 2024, the Anti-Corruption Court awarded the motion of the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
