On January 7, 2025, the ownership right of the Republic of Armenia was registered over the land plot with the surface of 20 000 m², located at 8 Aghavnu Aghbyur district, Aghavnadzor community, Kotayk region and having a cadastral value approximated to market value of the land plot amounting to AMD 37 million 554 thousand.

Let us remind that the Prosecutor General’s Office, in a claim submitted in the scope of state interests protection function, required to declare the auction of the abovementioned land plot invalid and apply result of invalidity.

By the decision dated November 1, 2024, the Anti-corruption court awarded the motion of the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
