On November 25, 2024, the Anti-Corruption Court granted the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office and terminated the building right of A.T. and S. Ch. for 0.15 ha plot of land in Ijevan with a cadastral value with market value of 10 million, returning the land to the community.

The decision was based on the fact that the land acquired by A. T. and S. Ch. the building right, it was not used for its intended purpose.

Let us remind that on December 20, 2023, the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office filed a claim to the Anti-Corruption Court, demanding the termination of the building right of A. T. and S. CH. for 0.15 ha plot of land located at 1/41 Ankakhutyun Street in Ijevan, Tavush Region.
