The RA Prosecutor General’s Office attaching importance to the development of the communication capabilities and skills of prosecutors through continuous training, has launched "Communication in the courtroom; conflict and stress management" training series. It is foreseen for all the prosecutors operating in the Republic of Armenia.
The first training was attended by the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia Anna Vardapetyan and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Republic of Armenia Marieke Harriet Monroy-Winter.
Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan highly appreciated the continuous and productive cooperation with the Embassy. "Justice should not only be implemented, but it should also be visible and understandable. The training course foreseen for the development of public communication and conflict management skills of prosecutors is also aimed at achieving this goal," emphasized Anna Vardapetyan.
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Republic of Armenia Marieke Harriet Monroy-Winter highly appreciated the cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Armenia and emphasized that, among other goals, the launched program supports the strengthening of the rule of law in Armenia.
The program with 13-week duration, is implemented by the Organization Spring PR chosen by the Embassy of the kingdom of Netherlands to Armenia. The trainers are: Nvard Melkonyan, the co-founder of Spring PR, Associate professor of the Chair of Social work and social technologies of Yerevan State University and Jakob Makdis, the Trainer, Founder and Director of the Educational center “Big mind”.
The format of the training course consists of interactive discussions, analyzes of practical examples, court trainings and lectures.
