In December 2022, during an argument over household issues in one of the settlements of Talin community of Aragatsotn region, K.M. deliberately hit her husband — R.M.'s chest with a stick, causing medium gravity damage to his health in the form of rib fractures.

On May 15, 2023, the prosecutor initiated a public criminal prosecution against K.M. under Clause 9, Part 2 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code (causing medium gravity damage to health).

On October 17, 2024, the prosecutor approved the indictment and submitted the proceedings to the Court of First Instance of Aragatsotn Region.
