Staff reforms took place in the Prosecutor's Office based on the orders of Anna Vardapetyan, the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, during September-November. 

Particularly:

• Rafayel Manukyan was dismissed from the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of Yerevan city and appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of Yerevan city.

• Artur Chakhoyan was dismissed from the position of the Head of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA NSS of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

• Sashik Avetisyan was appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department for Cases of Crimes against State Power of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

• Sona Margaryan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts and appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

• Arsen Gevorgyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the same Department.

• Artak Tadevosyan has been appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Department for Combating Economic Crimes of the Prosecutor General’s Office since November 16, 2023.

• Ashot Kostanyan, the Prosecutor of the Department for Crimes against Property of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Yerevan City. 

• Artsrun Aleksanyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of Shirak region.

• Igor Alaverdyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Yerevan City was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

• Arbak Zakaryan, Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Yerevan city was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

• Artak Hovhannisyan was appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Erebuni and Nubarashen Administrative districts of Yerevan city.

• Eduard Hovhannisyan, Deputy Prosecutor of Kotayk region was transferred to the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ajapnyak and Davtashen Administrative districts of Yerevan city.

• Edgar Poghosyan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Avan and Nor-Nork Administrative districts of Yerevan city was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Shengavit Administrative district of Yerevan city.

• Tatevik Khachatryan, Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Shengavit Administrative district of Yerevan city was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Yerevan city.

• Arman Baghdasaryan was appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District of Yerevan city.

• Arman Alikhanyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative districts of Yerevan city and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of the same Administrative districts.

• Tigran Hakobyan was appointed to the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of Shengavit Administrative district of Yerevan city.

• Robert Grigoryan, Deputy Prosecutor of Ajapnyak and Davtashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan city was transferred to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Shengavit Administrative district of Yerevan city.

• Haykuhi Gharibyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative districts of Yerevan city and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of the same Administrative districts.

• Vardan Harutyunyan was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Erebuni and Nubarashen Administrative districts.

• Sergey Mirzoyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ajapnyak and Davtashen Administrative Districts.

• Davit Martirosyan was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Shirak region.

• Gegham Mkrtchyan was appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ararat region. 

• Arsen Mkrtchyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Gegharkunik region and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s office of the same region.

• Tigran Arakelyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kotayk region.

• Grigor Harutyunyan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative districts of Yerevan city was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kotayk region.

• Artur Sargsyan, Prosecutor of the Yerevan Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s office of Kotayk region.

• Gohar Adonts, Prosecutor of the Division for Supervision over the Investigation of Especially Important Cases against Military Service of the Central Military Prosecutor’s Office was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Division for Supervision of the Activities of the Prosecutor’s Office of Military Garrisons of the Central Military Prosecutor’s Office. 

• Gevorg Avetisyan was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Division for Supervision over the Investigation of Especially Important Cases against Military Service of the Central Military Prosecutor’s Office and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Central Military Prosecutor’s Office.

• Vazgen Vardanyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Division for Supervision over the Investigation of Especially Important Cases against Military Service of the Central Military Prosecutor’s Office and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the same Division.

• Hamlet Adamyan, Deputy Prosecutor of Gegharkunik Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office was transferred and appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of State Interests Protection Division of the Central Military Prosecutor’s Office.
