Zh.A. resident of Dzorakap community of Shirak region abetted Z.S. the former head of the community to commit an official fraud, to use the official position against the interests of the service as a result whereof essential damage was caused to the rights and lawful interests of Dzorakap community.

In addition, Zh.A., resident of the community used evidently false documents and reported false data, as a result whereof, unlawfully took AMD 83 million 460 thousand 82  from the Republic of Armenia with the help of Z.S., the former head of Dzorakap community.

Afterwards, Zh.A. for the purpose of unlawfully taking money in especially large amounts through fraud, continued to abbet Z.S., the former head of the Dzorakap community by convincing the letter to initiate change of the operational significance of the land plot as well as the process of legalization of the building.

Based on the abovementioned actions of Z.S., contracts on property alienation for the needs of the community and the state  were concluded between the North-South Road Corridor Investment Program SNPO and Zh.A. as well as his family mamebers on November 13, 2015. Based on them, AMD 980 thousand 840 was paid for the land plot with the surface of 0,065457 ha located at Dzorakap community, AMD 50 million 268 thousand 966 was paid for the building located at the abovementioned land plot and AMD 261 thousand 405— for the land plot with the surface of 0,01789 and AMD 33 million 191 thousand 116— for the building located at the mentioned land plot.

By the decision of the supervising prosecutor of August 10, 2023 a public criminal prosecution was initiated against Z.S. under part 1 of article 308, part 1 of article 314, point 1 of part 3 of article 38-178 of the Criminal Code adopted on 18.04.2003. A public criminal prosecution was initiated against Zh.A. under part 1 of article 38-308, part 1 of article 38-314, part 1 of article 325, point 1 of part 3 of article 178 of the Criminal Code adopted on 18.04.2003.

On August 21, 2023 the prosecutor signed the indictment and submitted to the Anti-corruption court together with the materials of the case.
