The claim filed by the Prosecutor General’s Office has been granted by the verdict of the Anti-Corruption Court dated June 5, 2026.Once the judicial act enters into legal force, ownership rights over a 12,860 sq. m. land plot located in the area adjacent to Lukashin street in Yerevan, with an approximate cadastral value of AMD 37,133,000, will be registered in favor of the Republic of Armenia.

The Department of the State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office had requested the court to declare invalid the sale and purchase agreement concluded on June 20, 2005, between the Mayor of Yerevan and a private individual, and to apply the legal consequences of invalidity.
