On January 23, 2026, the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit with the Anti-Corruption Court, demanding to recognize the real estate purchase and sale agreement signed on December 27, 2008 between the "Armenian Scientific Research Institute for Seismic Construction and Preservation of Structures" OJSC and "Jermuk International" LLC as invalid and to apply the consequences of invalidity.

By the court's decision of April 14, 2026, the parties' settlement agreement was approved, according to which the basement area of ​​building 7 on Aghayan Street at Kentron Administrative District of Yerevan and the land plot with an area of ​​0.082262 hectares will be returned to the Republic of Armenia.
