During 2025, as a result of the decisions made on claims filed within the exclusive power of the Prosecutor's Office to protect state and community interests, as well as the application of prosecutorial measures, 124 properties were returned to the ownership or possession of the Republic of Armenia and communities, including kindergartens, a cultural center, a stadium, a natural monument, parks and land plots. The cadastral value of the properties, approximated to the market value, is AMD 66 billion 934 million, equivalent to about 176 million 868 thousand US dollars.

The Prosecutor's Office reported that during 2018-2025, within the framework of the return of illegal property, criminal proceedings, cases completed in courts, lawsuits and settlements for the protection of state and community interests, prosecutorial influence measures. Started from 2023, as a result of the application of the toolkit for the confiscation of property of illegal origin, the indicators of property and funds returned to the ownership or possession of the Republic of Armenia and communities were analyzed.

In particular, during 2018-2025, about AMD 291 billion 726 million (about 773 million dollars) of property and funds were returned to the ownership or possession of the Republic of Armenia and communities, of which 65.8% or about AMD 193 billion (about 504 million dollars) of property and funds were returned in the last three years, in 2023-2025.

On December 2025 the Prosecutor's Office announced that the dismantling of illegally constructed buildings and structures on land plots below the absolute mark on the shores of Lake Sevan had begun. From December 2025 to the present, as a result of the execution of the Prosecutor's Office's petitions, 86 illegally constructed buildings and structures on 34 land plots below the absolute mark on the shores of Lake Sevan have been dismantled (demolished), and 2 contracts have been terminated (terminated) by the "Sevan National Park" SNCO.
