On July 10, 2025, the Prosecutor General's Office filed a claim with the Anti-Corruption Court against Dilijan community of Tavush Region, demanding to declare the auction connected with 1368 square meter land plot held on August 18, 2008 invalid and to apply the consequences of invalidity.

The court granted the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office by its ruling of March 31, 2026.

Taking into account that it is impossible to return the land plot, as a consequence of the invalidity of the contract, after the judgment enters into legal force, AMD 2 million 970 thousand (the estimated market value of the land plot at the time of acquisition) will be confiscated in favor of the Dilijan community from the individual who acquired the land plot.
