A 0.2 hectare land plot has been returned to the Parakar community of Armavir Region. The decision of the Anti-Corruption Court, based on the claim filed by the Prosecutor General's Office to protect state (community) interests, has entered into force.

The Prosecutor General's Office reported that, within its authority to initiate a claim to protect state interests, a claim was filed with the Anti-Corruption Court on July 16, 2025, demanding that the auction be declared invalid and the consequences of invalidity be applied.

On December 12, 2025, the Anti-Corruption Court granted the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office. By a court decision, the auction held on August 17, 2018, for a 0.2 hectare land plot was declared invalid. Consequently, the real estate purchase and sale agreement concluded on August 22, 2018, between Merdzavan village in the Parakar community of Armavir region and an individual, as well as the state registration of ownership, were also declared invalid.

The Anti-Corruption Court's decision has entered into legal force.
