The Prosecutor's Office of Ararat Region, in the scope of the authority to protect state (community) interests, examined the documents of the park allocated at the Cultural Center at 1/1 Shahumyan Street, transferred to the rural community of Qaghtsrashen of Ararat Region by the Government's decision of November 6, 2003.

In the result of the examination it was found that the former Head of Qaghtsrashen Community, V. G., in order to mislead the authorized person of the Cadaster Committee, made unlawful acts, due to which the land plot was alienated to the resident of the community, A. Ye, by means of formal auction on March 5, 2015. 

The Prosecutor addressed a petition to the Head of Artashat community to revoke the decision to alienate the real estate and take measures to return the property to the community.

Based on the petition, in the result of the measures taken by the authorized bodies of Artashat community the ownership of Artashat community to the real estate located at 1/1 Shahumyan Street in the Qaghtsrashen settlement was registered on July 15, 2025.
