The Anti-Corruption court, by its decision dated May 7, 2025, partially awarded another statement of claim submitted by the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office. After the entry of the judicial act into legal force AMD 39 million 415 thousand equivalent to USD 100.000 shall be confiscated in favor of the Republic of Armenia.

Let is remind that on July 31, 2024, the Prosecutor General’s Office submitted a statement of claim to the Anti-Corruption court on the confiscation of the damage. By this claim they required to confiscate from V.M. in favor of the Republic of Armenia the damage caused to the state as a result of unpaid tax liabilities.
