The latest claim of the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office was granted by the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court on April 4, 2025. After the judicial act enters into legal force, a land plot located on G. Hovsepyan Street, Yerevan, adjacent to the TV tower, with a market value approximated to its cadastral value of AMD 645 million 950 thousand (equivalent to about USD 1 million 650 thousand), with an area of 16,870 square meters (1.6 hectares) of forestry purposes will be returned the Republic of Armenia.

The Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a claim demanding from the court to declare the purchase and sale agreement signed between the Mayor of Yerevan and L.D. on June 7, 2005 invalid, to apply the consequences of invalidity, as well as to declare the state registration of the right over the property based on the purchase and sale agreement for the land plot invalid.
