The claim of the Department of the State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office was granted by the Anti-Corruption Court's decision of March 7, 2025. After the judicial act enters into legal force, the land plot with an area of ​​7,090 square meters located on G. Hovsepyan Street, adjacent to the TV tower, with a market value of AMD 271 million 475 thousand which is equivalent to 688 thousand US dollars, will be returned to the Republic of Armenia.

The Department of the State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office requested the court to declare the sale and purchase agreement signed between the Mayor of Yerevan and A. S. on July 21, 2005 invalid and apply the consequences of invalidity.

Let us recall that on March 6, 2025, the court granted the claim of the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office regarding another plot of land located in the same area. According to that decision a plot of land with an area of ​​6,640 square meters, located on G. Hovsepyan Street, adjacent to the TV tower, with a cadastral value of AMD 254 million 244 thousand will be returned to the Republic of Armenia.
