The claim of the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office was granted according to the decision made on February 26, 2025 by the Anti-Corruption Court. After the judicial act enters into legal force, two plots of land with areas of 1 ha and 0.5 ha will be returned to Yeghegnadzor community.

The Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office requested the court to declare invalid the purchase and sale agreements signed between Yeghegnadzor community of Vayots Dzor Region and S.B. on April 3, 2007 and apply the consequences of invalidity, declaring invalid the state registrations of ownership rights to the specified real estate based on the purchase and sale agreements of the plots of land.
