The claim filed by the Department of the State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office was granted by the judgement of the Anti-Corruption Court on February 12, 2025.

After the judicial act enters into legal force, the ownership rights of the Yeghegnadzor community in Vayots Dzor region will be registered for two plots of land located in the same community. The area of each plot is 800 square meters, with the cadastral value, approximated to the market value, being about 1 million drams.

It should be reminded that the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office had requested the court to declare invalid the purchase and sale contracts signed on November 7, 2017, between the Yeghegnadzor community of Vayots Dzor region and individuals, as well as to apply the consequences of invalidity.
