Staff reforms took place in the Prosecutor’s Office based on the orders of Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, dated October, November, December 2024 and January 2025.

In particular:

Arevik Avoyan was appointed to the position of Prosecutor of the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Mihran Bulghadaryan was dismissed from the position of Prosecutor of the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Tatevik Martirosyan was appointed to the position of Prosecutor of the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Robert Mheryan was appointed to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Department of Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, the State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office and was dismissed from the position of prosecutor of the same department.

Davit Nersisyan was dismissed from the position of Senior Prosecutor of Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District of Yerevan City and was appointed to the position of Prosecutor of the Department of Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, the State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Ani Khudaverdyan was dismissed from the position of Senior Prosecutor of Tavush Region and was  appointed to the position of Prosecutor of the Department for Cases of Crimes against State Power.

Sevak Poghosyan was dismissed from the position of Prosecutor of Kotayk Region and was appointed to the position of Prosecutor of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.

Andranik Vardanyan, Deputy Prosecutor of Kotayq Region, was transferred to the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.

Eduard Hovhannisyan, Deputy Prosecutor of Ajapnyak and Davtashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan City, was transferred to the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.   

Arsen Yeghiazaryan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kotayk Region, was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.

Khaluhi Movsisyan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Gegharkunik Region, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.

Hrant Poghosyan was appointed to the position of Prosecutor of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.

Garnik Margaryan, Senior Prosecutor of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts   of Yerevan City, was dismissed from the position.   

Vigen Militonyan, Prosecutor of Shengavit Administrative District of Yerevan City, was dismissed from the position.

Zhora Tovmasyan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ajapnyak and Davtashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan City, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of Shengavit Administrative District of Yerevan City.

Rafik Dokhoyan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Yerevan City, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Shengavit Administrative District of Yerevan City.

Gevorg Gevorgyan, Prosecutor of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts of Yerevan City, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of Ajapnyak and Davtashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.

Tigran Poghosyan, Deputy Prosecutor of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan City, was transferred to the position of Deputy Prosecutor of Ajapnyak and Davtashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.

Hayk Manandyan, Deputy Head of the Department for Special Assignments adjacent to the RA Prosecutor General, was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.

Gagik Hayrapetyan, Deputy Prosecutor of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan City, was transferred to the position of Deputy Prosecutor of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.

Diana Kyureghyan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Armavir Region, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.

Roland Grigoryan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Shirak Region, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.

Karen Sukiasyan, Deputy Head of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee of the RA Prosecutor General’s Office, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of Kotayk Region.

Edmond Grigoryan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts of Yerevan City, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kotayk Region.

Gevorg Manukyan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Armavir Region, was dismissed from the position.

Sevada Adamyan, Prosecutor of Yerevan Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Armavir Region.

Hovhannes Aghasaryan was appointed to the postion of Deputy Prosecutor of Tavush Region and was dismissed from the position of Senior Prosecutor of the same office.

Artashes Sahakyan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Lori Region, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Tavush Region.

Lilit Nikoghosyan was appointed to the postion of Senior Prosecutor of Ararat Region and was dismissed from the position of Prosecutor of the same office.

Gevorg Khalatyan, Military Prosecutor of Ararat Garrison, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of Yerevan Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office.

Edgar Shahumyan, Deputy Military Prosecutor of Yerevan Garrison, was dismissed from the position.    

Hayk Khachatryan, Deputy  Prosecutor of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts of Yerevan City, was transferred to the position of Deputy Military Prosecutor of Yerevan Garrison.

Hovhannes Safaryan, Prosecutor of Lori Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of Yerevan Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office.

Artashes Voskanyan, Prosecutor of Tavush Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of Ararat Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office.

Artak Avetisyan was dismissed from the position of Deputy Military Prosecutor of Lori Garrison and was appointed to the position of Military Prosecutor of Tavush Garrison.

Erik Aghabalyan, Deputy Military Prosecutor of Sisian Garrison, was transferred to the position of Deputy Military Prosecutor of Tavush Garrison.  

Vahagn Vardanyan, Prosecutor of Lori Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of Tavush Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office.

Shushan Hodabashyan, Prosecutor of Lori Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of Tavush Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office.

Sergey Khachatryan, Deputy Military Prosecutor of Kapan Garrison, was transferred to the position of Deputy Military Prosecutor of Sisian Garrison. 

Harutyun Andreasyan, Senior Prosecutor of Kapan Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office, was transferred to the position of Senior Prosecutor of Sisian Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office. 

Hovhannes Aleksanyan, Prosecutor of Kapan Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of Sisian Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office. 

Yelena Karapetyan, Prosecutor of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts of Yerevan City, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of Sisian Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office. 

Aram Avagyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Tavush Region, was transferred to the position of Senior Prosecutor of Lori Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office.

Mher Ghahramanyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Tavush Region, was transferred to the position of Senior Prosecutor of Kapan Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office.

Hayk Margaryan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Syunik Region, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of Gegharkunik Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office. 

Margar Baghdasaryan, Military Prosecutor of Shirak Garrison, was transferred to the position of Military Prosecutor of Syunik Garrison. 

Garik Hayrapetyan, Military Prosecutor of Gegharkunik Garrison, was transferred to the position of Military Prosecutor of Shirak Garrison. 

Armine Sargsyan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Shirak Region, was dismissed from the position.
