Four land parcels that were unlawfully alienated will be returned to the Yeghegnadzor community. The court has granted the claim filed by the Prosecutor General's Office in the framework of the state interests protection

On December 27, 2024, the Anti-Corruption Court granted the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office for the protection of state interests. The court declared the auctions of four land parcels located in the village of Malishka of Yeghegnadzor enlarged community of Vayots Dzor, held in 2006-2007, invalid and restored the ownership rights of these land parcela to the Yeghegnadzor enlarged community of Vayots Dzor.

 

In particular, the Anti-Corruption Court declared invalid:

 

The auction of a 0.1-hectare land parcel located in the village of Malishka, Vayots Dzor, held on September 29, 2006. As a result, the court annulled the land purchase and sale agreement signed on December 8, 2006, between the Malishka community of Vayots Dzor and M.M., the state registration of M.M.'s ownership rights to the land plot, and restored the ownership rights to the 0.1-hectare land parcel to the Yeghegnadzor enlarged community of Vayots Dzor.

 

The Anti-Corruption Court declared invalid the auction of a 0.15-hectare land parcel located in the village of Malishka, Vayots Dzor, held on August 6, 2007. As a result, the court annulled the land purchase and sale agreement signed on September 25, 2007, between the Malishka community of Vayots Dzor and M.M., the state registration of M.M.'s ownership rights to the land parcel, and restored the ownership rights to the 0.15-hectare land parcel to the Yeghegnadzor enlarged community of Vayots Dzor.

 

The Anti-Corruption Court declared invalid the auction of a 0.3-hectare land parcel located in the village of Malishka, Vayots Dzor, held on August 6, 2007. As a result, the court annulled the land purchase and sale agreement signed on September 25, 2007, between the Malishka community of Vayots Dzor and M.M., the state registration of M.M.'s ownership rights to the land plot, and restored the ownership rights to the 0.3-hectare land plot to the Yeghegnadzor consolidated community of Vayots Dzor.

 

The Anti-Corruption Court declared invalid the auction of a 0.15-hectare land parcel located in the village of Malishka, Vayots Dzor, held on August 6, 2007. As a result, the court annulled the land purchase and sale agreement signed on September 25, 2007, between the Malishka community of Vayots Dzor and M.M., the state registration of M.M.'s ownership rights to the land parcel, and restored the ownership rights to the 0.15-hectare land parcel to the Yeghegnadzor enlarged community of Vayots Dzor.

 

After the judicial act enters into legal force, the ownership rights to the aforementioned 4 land parcels will be registered under the Yeghegnadzor enlarged community.
