On December 28, 2024, the ownership right of the Republic of Armenia were registered to a 30,000 square meter land parcel located at 22 Arzakan street, Charentsavan community, Kotayk region, a cadastral value approximated to the market value of AMD 86 million 625 thousand.

It should be reminded that by the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court dated September 19, 2024, the claim filed by the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office was granted, by which the Prosecutor's Office had demanded the annulment of the auction for the sale of the mentioned land parcel and the application of the results of invalidity.
