Оn December 25, 2024, Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, who is a member of the Board of Trustees of Yerevan State University, participated in the meeting of the Board of Trustees of YSU.

One of the Agenda items concerned the proposal to establish a Legal Laboratory at Yerevan State University, based on the statement of intent signed in August between the YSU, the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia, and the “Armenian Lawyers Association” organization.

The parties aim to develop modern legal education in Armenia through cooperation by establishing the laboratory, fostering the exchange of knowledge and experience between the legal and related educational fields, and contributing to the modernization and improvement of education and practice.

The Legal Laboratory has been established as a structural subdivision of Yerevan State University, which will be located and operate in the administrative building of the Prosecutor General's Office.
