On December 13, 2024 the prosecutor confirmed the bill of indictment on a person who committed a murder with particular cruelty out of hooliganism and transferred the case to the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Ararat and Vayots Dzor Regions.

Let’s remind that on 30 August 2024 at 00:20 o’clock a report was received that he was taken to "Vedi" Medical Center in a dead state with multiple stab wounds.

The same day a criminal proceeding was initiated at the Vedi Investigative Department of Ararat Region of the Investigative Committee and a public criminal prosecution was initiated by the prosecutor. On 31 August a motion was submitted to the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Ararat and Vayots Dzor Regions on imposing detention as a preventive means, which was granted by the court decision.

In the course of the criminal proceeding it turned out that A. A. had a quarrel with M. H. on driving the car too fast, visited M. H’s residence and stabbed him with a knife he had previously taken with him.      

Notice:  A person charged with any crime shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty in the manner prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code - by the judgment came into legal force.
