The General Prosecutor's Office claimed the confiscation of 6 immovable properties, AMD 1 billion 723 million from Levon Yolyan, the former Chairman of the Chamber of Accounts.

On 2 December 2024 the Anti-Corruption Court accepted into proceeding the claim on the confiscation of the property of illicit origin.

 

The Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office claimed the court to confiscate in favor of the Republic of Armenia from the Former Minister of Health of the RA, Former Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of the RA, Former Chairman of the Chamber of Accounts Levon Yolyan and his affiliates:

 

  • 1 immovable property in Yerevan City, 1 immovable property in Tsaghkadzor town, 3 immovable properties in Artavaz village, 1 immovable property in Artashat town and 1 means of transport, the total amount of which is more than AMD 628 million.

 

  • The market value of two properties, the total amount of which is more than AMD 53 million.

 

  • Participation in over 69 legal entities and deposit equal to over AMD 32 million

 

  • Right to claim loans in the amount of AMD 569 million as remnant of illegal income and total amount of funds not supported by legitimate income transferred to the bona fide purchaser.
