The RA Prosecutor General’s Office demands to confiscate 6 immovable properties and financial means from the Former Chief of the General Staff of Armed Forces of the RA Artak Davtyan and his affiliates

On 6 December, 2024, the Anti-Corruption Court accepted into proceeding the claim on the confiscation of the property of illicit origin.
The Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit of the Prosecutor General’s Office claimed the court to confiscate from the Former Chief of the General Staff of Armed Forces of the RA Artak Davtyan and his affiliates:
- 6 immovable properties, with their average market value over AMD 545 million 682 thousand.
- AMD 97 million 371 thousand.
