On December 3, 2024, the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia Anna Vardapetyan was present at the 5^th International Inclusive Musical Art Festival “Side by Side” on the International Day of Persons with Disabilities then, after the first concert of “Chakhruk” ethno musical ensemble, met the participants of the ensemble.    

It should be noted that the slogan of the 5th International Inclusive Musical Art Festival, organized by "Side by Side" educational and cultural non-governmental organization, is "Inclusive Society - Civilized Country". The festival was organized with the support of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia and under the auspices of the Spouse of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Mrs. Anna Hakobyan.

The first solo concert of “Chakhruk” ethno music ensemble of Kharberd Specialized Orphanage, held at Yerevan State Russian Drama Theater named after K. Stanislavsky, was dedicated to the 5th anniversary of “Chakhruk” cultural center. The concert tour of Chakhruk was launched after this solo concert, which will be held in various secondary schools in Yerevan and the regions of Armenia, as well as in universities. The goal is to form a more tolerant and inclusive society.
