On November 13, 2024, the prosecutor approved the indictment against the people who organized and led the murder committed by a group of people on June 12, 2024 in Yerevan City and submitted it to the competent court along with the materials of the proceedings.

Let us remind that on June 12, 2024, an alert was received about shots in Yerevan city. In the result of the measures taken, it was found out that on the same day, at about 23:13 o’clock, a shot was at B. S. and S. G. near the building on Shinararner Street 25 in Yerevan. S. G. who was taken to the medical center, where he/she died without regaining consciousness.

In the framework of the initiated criminal proceedings, public criminal prosecutions were initiated against B. S. and S. G. under Articles 46-155, Part 2, Points 7 and 8 (organizing and directing the murder by a group of persons in a manner dangerous to the life of other persons) and Article 335, Part 2 (illegally obtaining, realizing, maintaining and carrying a firearm by a group of persons with prior consent), and against Sr. G. and H. S. under Articles 155, Part 2, Points 7 and 8 (murder in a way dangerous to the life of other persons by a group of persons), Articles 44-155, Part 2, Points 7 and 8 (attempted murder in a way dangerous to the life of other persons) and Article 335, Part 2 of the Criminal Code.

On July 28, 2024, R. S. and A. K. were arrested. Detention was applied to them as a preventive measure.

The accused Sr. G. and H. S. are wanted.   

On November 4, 2024, the part regarding the accused R. S. and A. K. was separated from the criminal proceedings.

On November 13, 2024, the prosecutor approved the indictment against R. S. and A. K. and submitted it to the competent court with the materials of the proceedings.

Notice:  A person charged with any crime shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty in the manner prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code -by the judgment came into legal force.
