Staff reforms took place in the Prosecutor’s Office based on the orders of Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, dated July-October, 2024.

In particular:

• Harutyun Mashadyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Department of Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, the State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of Aragatsotn region.

• Ara Manukyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Department of Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, the State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District of Yerevan City.

• Anush Margaryan, Prosecutor of the Department of Organization, Supervision and Legal Assistance of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Division for Supervision of the Activities of the Prosecutor’s Offices of Military Garrisons of the Central Military Prosecutor’s Office.

• Anna Hakobyan, was dismissed from the position of Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office and was appointed to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the same department.

• Arayik Brutyan, Deputy Head of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Penalties and Other Means of Compulsion of the Prosecutor General’s Office was dismissed from the position.  

• Ashot Khachatryan, Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Penalties and Other Means of Compulsion of the Prosecutor General’s Office was dismissed from the position.

• Liana Markosyan was appointed to the position of Prosecutor of the Department for Combating Economic Crimes of the Prosecutor General’s Office and was dismissed from the position of Senior Prosecutor of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.

• Karen Ayvazyan was appointed to the position of Prosecutor of the Department of Crimes against Public Health of the Prosecutor General’s Office and was dismissed from the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kotayk region.

• Narek Avetisyan was appointed to the position of Prosecutor of the Department for Crimes against Property of the Prosecutor General’s Office and was dismissed from the position of Prosecutor of Yerevan Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office.

• Hrachya Asatryan was appointed to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan city and was dismissed from the position of prosecutor of the same prosecutor’s office.

• Davit Margaryan was appointed to the position of Senior Prosecutor of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan City and was dismissed from the position of prosecutor of the same prosecutor’s office.

• Tigran Vardanyan was appointed to the position of Senior Prosecutor of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.

• Armen Grigoryan was appointed to the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Avan of and Nor Nork Administrative Districts of Yerevan city.

• Haykanush Avalyan was dismissed from the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Avan and Nor Nork Administrative Districts.

• Gagik Harutyunyan, Deputy Prosecutor of Aragatsotn region was dismissed from the position.

• Armen Naghdalyan, Deputy Prosecutor of Aragatsotn region was dismissed from the position.

• Vasil Sargsyan, Deputy Prosecutor of Aragatsotn region was dismissed from the position.

• Nelly Badalyan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Aragatsotn region was dismissed from the position.

• Gevorg Hakobyan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Tavush region was transferred to the Prosecutor’s Office of Aragatsotn region.

• Vahe Grigoryan, Deputy Prosecutor of Tavush region was transferred to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the same office.

• Arman Nikoghosyan was appointed to the position of Senior Prosecutor of Armavir region and dismissed the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Shirak region.

• Aram Avagyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Lori region was transferred to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Tavush region.

• Frunze Hovhannisyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Syunik region was dismissed from the position.

• Gayane Aghajanyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Yerevan city was transferred to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Syunik region.

• Davit Tovmasyan was appointed to the position of Deputy Prosecutor of Kotayk region and was dismissed from the position of prosecutor of the same office.

• Hrachya Torosyan was appointed to the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kotayk region.

• Karen Karapetyan was appointed to the position of Prosecutor of the Division for Supervision over the Investigation of Especially Important Cases against Military Service of the Central Military Prosecutor’s Office and was dismissed from the position of Prosecutor of Yerevan Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office.

• Aram Amiryan, Prosecutor of the Division for Supervision of the Activities of the Prosecutor’s Offices of Military Garrisons was dismissed from the position.

• Kristine Kakoyan, Senior Prosecutor of Yerevan Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of the Division for Supervision of the Activities of the Prosecutor’s Offices of Military Garrisons.

• Gegham Nersisyan was appointed to the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of Ararat Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office and was dismissed from the position of prosecutor of the same garrison.
