Today the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia Anna Vardapetyan received the delegation headed by Vladimir Zimin, the Executive Secretary of the Coordination Council of the Prosecutors General of the Member States of Commonwealth of Independent States.

Anna Vardapetyan welcomed the guests at the RA Prosecutor General's Office and attached importance to the decision to hold the 34th Session of the Coordination Council of the Prosecutors General of the Member States of Commonwealth of Independent States. in Yerevan. It is worth mentioning that last time the session of the Coordination Council of the Prosecutors General of the member states of Commonwealth of Independent States was held in the Republic of Armenia in 2007.

The range of issues included in the agenda of the Session of the Coordination Council includes the state of crime in the CIS member states, legal cooperation in the fight against crime, the fight against corruption, ensuring the rule of law, etc.

A number of issues related to the upcoming Session of the Council were discussed during the meeting.
