Another internal football championship and chess tournament took place between the employees of the Prosecutor’s Office

On May 11 and 18, 2024, Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General participated in the internal "RA Prosecutor General’s Cup" chess tournament and football championship held between the employees of the Prosecutor’s Office.
This year 24 employees of the Prosecutor's Office participated in the tournament held at the Chess Academy of Armenia. According to the points obtained after 7 rounds, the first place in a chess tournament of the RA Prosecutor General’s cup was taken by Davit Grigoryan, Head of the Legal Department of the Prosecutor’s Office, the second place was taken by Vagharshak Sargsyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts of Yerevan and the third place was taken by Mher Aprikyan, Secretary General of the RA Prosecutor's Office.
Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia gave the awards to the winners.
On May 18, the internal football championship was held between two teams—the team of the RA Prosecutor General’s Office and the team of the Prosecutor’s Office of the regions. Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General of the RA and Hovhannes Hovhannisyan, YSU rector watched the game.
According to the results of the final game—3:8, the team of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Regions won the championship and took the award of the "RA Prosecutor General’s Cup".
