The land plot as well as buildings and constructions built on that land plot located at the park of Gavar community with the cadastral value of AMD 30 million (approximated to the market value), were attached to the State Property Management Committee.

Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General, presented details of the process of returning the property to the state and informed that during the recent 7 months the Prosecutor’s Office, in the scope of its two exceptional powers—confiscation of illicit property and protection of state interest, returned properties and securities amounting to AMD 11 billion to the state under the decision, that has entered into the legal force.
