Staff reforms took place in the Prosecutor’s Office based on the orders of Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, dated April 8, 9, 17, 18, 19 and 22, 2024.

In particular:

• Armen Muradyan Deputy Head of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of Tavush region.
• Shiraz Grigoryan was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Department of Cases of Crimes against State Power of the Prosecutor General’s Office and appointed to the position of the Deputy Head of the same Department.  
• Marat Hakobyan, was dismissed from the position fo the Senior Prosecutor of the Department of Crimes against Public Health of the Prosecutor General’s Office and appointed to the position of the Deputy Head of the same Department.
• Harutyun Mashadyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of Department of Cases of Crimes against State Power of the Prosecutor General’s Office and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the same Department.
• Tsovak Mnatsakanyan, was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Department of Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, the State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the same Department.
• Vache Ghazaryan, Senior Prosecutor of the Department of Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, the State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Department of Crimes against Public Health of the Prosecutor General’s Office
• Karapet Hambardzumyan, prosecutor of the Department of Crimes against Public Health of the Prosecutor General’s Office was dismissed from the position.
• Gayane Aghajanyan, Prosecutor of Department of Cases of Crimes against State Power of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Yerevan city.
• Karen Sukiasyan was dismissed from the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of Kotayk region and appointed to the position of the Deputy Head of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
• Gor Aloyan, Prosecutor of Tavush region was dismissed from the position.
• Artur Danielyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Yerevan city and appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department of Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, the State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
• Manya Galustyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the same Department.
• Argam Dallakyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of the same Administrative District.
• Rita Harutyunyan was appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts
• Spartak Mnatsakanyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Erebuni and Nubarashen Administrative Districts and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of the same Administrative District.
• Artur Heboyan has been appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Erebuni and Nubarashen Administrative Districts since April 23, 2024.
• Davit Nersisyan, was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of the same Administrative District.
• Maria Hovhannisyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Gegharkunik region and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of the same region.
• Areg Harutyunyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kotayk region and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of the same region.
• Hovhannes Baghyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kotayk region and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of the same region.
• Meri Tsakanyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kotayk region was transferred to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Gegharkunik region.
• Narek Arshakyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Syunik region and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of the same region.
• Harutyun Andreasyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Syunik Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Military Prosecutor’s Office of the same Garrison.
• Hrachya Margaryan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Lori region and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of the same region.
• Karapet Smbatyan, Prosecutor of Garrison № 2 Military Prosecutor’s Office was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ararat region.
• Karapet Mkrtchyan, Prosecutor of Shirak Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of Yerevan Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office.
• Armine Sargsyan, Prosecutor of Yerevan Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of Shirak Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office.
