The International Republican Institute (IRI), based on the initiation of the Survey Research Center, conducted public opinion survey in the Republic of Armenia during December 2023.  

Pursuant to the research, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Armenia improved its position (8%) compared to the survey conducted in May, 2023. 

11% of participants participating in the survey conducted in December 2023 mentioned that they are totally satisfied with the work of the Prosecutor’s Office (7% on March 2023), 28% is rather satisfied with the work of the Prosecutor’s Office (24 % on March 2023).  17 % of the participants mentioned that they are not satisfied (24 % during March 2023), 26 % totally dissatisfied (26% during March 2023), it was difficult for other participants of the survey to answer or they refused to answer. 

The Prosecutor General’s Office, emphasizing the necessity of increasing public trust in the Prosecutor's Office through accountability and transparent work will continue to implement its constitutional functions, in that context: protection of the rights of the victim, fight against corruption, state (community) interests protection, illicit property confiscation etc.
