The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia was included in the European Network of Prosecutors for the Environment (ENPE) as an observer.
The European Network of Prosecutors for the Environment is an international association established in Brussels, the purpose whereof was to improve the examination of crimes against environment through exchange of best practices, trainings and conferences.
The European Network of Prosecutors for the Environment has 60 members (full members—United Kingdom, France, Ireland, Sweden, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland, etc., supporting members and observers).
Armenia is the only country in the region, which was included in the European Network of Prosecutors for the Environment as an observer.
