Several staff reforms took place in the Prosecutor’s Office based on the orders of Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, dated July 28, July 31, August 1, August 2, August 3 and August 4, 2023. 

Particularly:

1. Edgar Arsenyan was dismissed from the position of the Deputy Head of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office and appointed to the position of the Head of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
2. Varuzhan Ghahramanyan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Vayots Dzor was seconded to the position of the Head of the Department for Special Assignments adjacent to the RA Prosecutor General until November 14, this year.
3. Lala Arakelyan was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Department for Combating Economic Crimes of the Prosecutor General’s Office and appointed to the position of the Deputy Head of the Department for Combating Economic Crimes of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
4. Anna Hovhannisyan was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Department of International Legal Cooperation of the Prosecutor General’s Office and appointed to the position of the Deputy Head of the Department of International Legal Cooperation of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
5. Sisak Khachatryan, Prosecutor of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan city was transferred to the position of the Deputy Head of Department for Crimes against Public Health of the Prosecutor General’s Office from August 7.
6. Hayk Hovhannisyan, Prosecutor of the RA Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of Department for Special Assignments adjacent to the RA Prosecutor General.
7. Gayane Melikyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Department of International Legal Cooperation of the Prosecutor General’s Office and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the same Department.
8. Rafayel Gevorgyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Department for Crimes against Public Health of the Prosecutor General’s Office and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the same Department.
9. Alisa Boyajyan was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan city and appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department for Crimes against Public Health of the Prosecutor General’s Office. 
10. Yesayi Babelyan, Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department of International Legal Cooperation from August 14.
11. Tsovak Mnatsakanyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Yerevan city was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA NSS of the Prosecutor General’s Office from August 7.
12. Arbak Zakaryan, Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Yerevan city was seconded to the vacant position of the Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office from August 14 until November 14.
13. Rafayel Manukyan, Prosecutor of Ararat region was transferred to the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of Yerevan city. Rafayel Manukyan undertook the fulfillment of obligations of the Prosecutor of Yerevan city.
14. Armen Oseyan was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Department for Cases of Crimes against State Power of the Prosecutor General’s Office and appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan city from August 7. 
15. Gagik Hayrapetyan was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan city and appointed to the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan city.
16. Bagrat Ghazinyan was transferred from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts of Yerevan city to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan city.
17. Andranik Shahbazyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan city and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan city.
18. Karen Sukiasyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan city and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan city.
19. Artyom Badalyan was appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan city.
20. Vardan Poghosyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA NSS of the Prosecutor General’s Office and appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of Ararat region
21. Arman Hovhannisyan was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Gegharkunik region and appointed to the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of Gegharkunik region.
22. From August 7 Andranik Vardanyan, Deputy Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan city was transferred to the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of Kotayk region.
23. Arsen Kostandyan, Deputy Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan city was transferred to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Armavir region.
24. Hrachya Asatryan was appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kotayk region.
25. Eduard Vermishyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of Lori Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of Lori Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office.
26. Karen Khachatryan was dismissed from the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of Gegharkunik region. 
27. Sevak Shhoyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Gegharkunik region.
28. Edgar Petrosyan was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of Syunik region.
