Staff reforms are taking place in the Prosecutor’s Office according to the order of Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, of 19,23,24,25 January 2023.

The Prosecutor General signed the following orders on dismissal from the position:

• Garegin Manukyan, Prosecutor of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts, Second Class Councilor of Justice was dismissed from the position held.
• Mamikon Geghamyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts, Third Class Councilor of Justice was dismissed from the position held.
• Appointment orders were also signed by Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General.
• Particularly:
• Gurgen Madoyan, Deputy Head of the Department for Cases of Crimes against State Power of the Prosecutor General’s Office, Third Class Councilor of Justice, was transferred and appointed on the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of Yerevan City.
• Rem Rshtuni, First Class Councilor, was appointed to the position of Deputy Prosecutor of Ararat region, being dismissed from the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts.
• Ani Mikayelyan, Third Class Councilor was appointed to the position of Prosecutor of the Department of International Legal Cooperation of the Prosecutor General’s Office being dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of Yerevan Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office.
• Gevorg Avetisyan, Third Class Councilor of Justice, was appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department Of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the NSS of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia being dismissed from the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Division for Supervision Over the Investigation of Especially Important Cases against Military Service of the Central Body of the Military Prosecutor’s Office. 
• Vache Ghazaryan, Prosecutor of the Department Of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial proceedings in the NSS of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia, First Class Councilor, was transferred and appointed to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Department Of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA NSS.
• Davit Muradyan was appointed on the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Gegharkunik region, by bringing the rank of lieutenant awarded by the Police in line with the Third Class Councilor class rank.
