AMD 131 million 358 thousand will be seized in favor of the Republic of Armenia. The Prosecutor's Office's claim for the protection of state interests has been granted.

The decision invalidated the purchase and sale agreement for a land plot with an area of ​​0.40935 ha located at 16/4 Tsovakal Isakov, Malatia-Sebastia community, Yerevan, signed on April 26, 2005, between the authorized person of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Serge Sargsyan and "Ararat Motors" LLC.

Considering that there is an impossibility of returning the mentioned land plot, after the decision enters into force, as a consequence of the invalidity of the agreement, AMD 131 million 358 thousand will be seized from the Company.
