The investigations conducted by the Prosecutor’s Office of Tavush Region within the framework of the authority to initiate a lawsuit for the protection of state (community) interests revealed:

The territory of the first floor of the Cultural House of the Achajur settlement with an area of ​​31.9 square meters was leased for AMD 2,000 per month, in violation of the requirements of the RA Law "On Valuation Activities".

The territory of the Cultural House of the Getahovit settlement with an area of ​​9.2 square meters was leased for AMD 5,000 per month, in violation of the requirements of the RA Law "On Valuation Activities".

As a result of the prosecutor's intervention, the lease agreements were terminated by the Ijevan community, the state registrations of the lease rights were canceled, and the real estate with an area of ​​31.9 square meters and 9.2 square meters located in the cultural houses of the Achajur and Getahovit settlements were returned to the possession and use of the Ijevan community.
