On March 11, 2025, the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a claim with the Anti-Corruption Court of Armenia against a private individual, with Ijevan community of Tavush region involved as a third party, demanding termination of the development right over a 208 sq. m. land plot located at 9 Taterakan street, Ijevan.
By the verdict of the Anti-Corruption Court dated January 19, 2026, the Prosecutor General’s Office claim was granted. The individual’s development right over the 208 sq. m. land plot located at 9 Taterakan street in Ijevan was terminated by the verdict.
The above-mentioned verdict of the Anti-Corruption Court has entered into legal force.
Based on the application submitted by the Prosecutor General’s Office, on May 20, 2026, the Cadastre Committee terminated the individual’s development right over the land plot and the land plot was returned to the Ijevan community. The cadastral value of the land plot, approximated to market value, amounts to AMD 1,366,000.
Thus, as of today, the following properties within the urban park of Ijevan community, Tavush region, have been returned to the community:
In addition, as a result of prosecutorial intervention, a 0.03 ha land plot adjacent to the fountains of the city park has been returned to the possession and use of the Ijevan community.
